Markus Schleicher

Markus' PhD thesis (1994, Clausthal) focused on sedimentology, diagenesis and geochemistry of circum-Baltic Cambrian oilfields. After an interlude in the natural stones industry, he joined Z&S Geologi in 1996, where he worked on oilfields in North Sea, Nigeria and Malaysia. After the sale of Z&S, he moved to Norsk Hydro, where he worked in the Tampen unit. In 2001, he was employed by Wintershall, where he built reservoir models in Brazil, Russia, Turkmenistan, Libya, and Argentina. From 2006, he has served as head of Eriksfiord GmbH in Hamburg.
